Shepherds Bush Housing Association owns and manages approximately 5000 homes across west London, including leasehold, general needs, temporary accommodation and supported housing. The Group also includes Staying Put Services which manages several contracts providing home improvement, adaptations, small repairs, housing advice, decorating, furniture recycling and health and well-being advice.
The Contracts Manager will be part of the Housing Services team and will ensure that temporary accommodation contracts with external partners, landlords and Local Authorities are managed effectively to meet our objectives and deliver excellent services to our customers and partners. You will have responsibility for implementing contract control systems and will be involved in delivering new initiatives and researching new contractual business opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need thorough knowledge of temporary accommodation leasing schemes and be able to demonstrate experience of delivering improvements against the key drivers for a successful leasing scheme. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to convey complex information in a readily accessible form, including presentations, and to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and external organisations.
