Lewisham homes is an Arms Length Management Organisation set up by the London Borough of Lewisham with the aim of improving the quality of services to tenants and residents within Lewisham.
We are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join the Financial Management team based in Catford, London, SE6.
The Management Accountant will be part of a team led by the Senior Management Accountant which has overall responsibility for:
• Financial Management of the Lewisham Homes Budget of around £21m.
• The Housing Revenue Account Budget of circa £90m
• Providing Senior Managers, Budget Holders, the Board and Lewisham Council with financial monitoring information.
You will support the Senior Management Accountant in their role specifically working and providing advise to budget holders .
The successful candidate will need to be a part qualified Accountant .
The successful candidate will be entitled to join the Local Government Final Salary Pension Scheme.
