It will be your responsibility to ensure that the Groups property assets meet the current and future requirements of Hyde residents and the Hyde business plan. You will provide a service to all parts of the group developing and refining the tools and analysis available to assess the long term economic, social and environmental sustainability of properties and providing strategies for improvement. You will have a good understanding and knowledge of stock
maintenance and investment requirements and be able to carry out complicated financial and statistical analysis. You will work in a collaborative manner with colleagues throughout the many parts of the group and develop mechanisms to ensure that resident’s views and aspirations are taken into account.
